The information displayed relates to locations and venues that are happy to accept motorhomes and campers to their location. The relationship between the venue and the user is purely an arrangement between both parties. Stayover Inn does not form part of that relationship and is not responsible for delivery / non delivery of services provided by either party .

Whilst the information regarding the venues was accurate at the time of publication, Stayover Inn cannot be held responsible for any change of facilities or withdrawal of access to Motorhomes or Campers.

We strongly recommend that you contact the venue in advance of arrival to ensure the facilities are as described and that they have availability and are aware of your pending arrival.

Data Quality

Stayover Inn have submitted questionnaires to most of the venues to ensure that the information on the website is accurate at the time of publication. However, Stayover Inn cannot be held responsible for mis-information or lack of facilities that may have been described.

Please check with the venue before you travel to ensure you have up to date details and please use the "stay feedback" form to alert us to any changes to services offered.

Membership Entitlement

Your membership entitles you to access location and facility information about venues in the UK that are able to accommodate Motorhomes and Campers for overnight stays. This membership is renewable annually and you are able to cancel renewal at any time.

There is no refund for partial use of the subscription (i.e. cancelled after 6 months into a 12 month membership)

Guarantees & Warranties

The Company guarantees the Customer's satisfaction.

Your membership offered is covered by this guarantee unless specifically outlined at the time of sale.

If you are unhappy then you are covered under the Online Distance Selling Regulations Act within 14 days of purchase.

The Customer must notify the Company of any issues covered under this clause by email to

stayoverinn@k2consultants.co.uk

Liability

The Company's liability will be restricted to the value of your annual membership.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or the Company's liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from the Company's negligence.

The Company does not disclose the Customers information to any third parties.

Force Majeure

The Company shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the Products supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control.

General

The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these term and conditions.

Stayover Inn is a trading name of K2 Consultancy Group.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
